1. Activate Your 12-Month Protection

At Bnatura, we stand behind the quality of our filtration technology. To protect your investment, every BNATURA Vitapure unit comes with a 12-Month Limited Mechanical Warranty.

IMPORTANT

You must register your product on our website within 7 days of receiving your order to activate your warranty. Failure to register within this window will limit your coverage to the standard 30-day manufacturing defect period.

Company reserves the right to ask You for photos, videos or such other evidence to determine the issue that you are facing in order to provide you a solution.

2. How to Register

To activate your 1-year warranty, please fill out the form below with the following details:

  • Order ID (from Amazon, our website, or your receipt).
  • Date of Delivery.
  • Unique Serial Number (found on the product packaging/unit).
  • And other mandatory details.

3. What is Covered?

Our warranty ensures your peace of mind against manufacturing flaws upon arrival:

  • Filter Housing: Protection against structural cracks, leaking seams, or thread failure under normal pressure.
  • Mechanical Integrity: All internal housing components are covered for 12 months.
  • Cartridge "Quality-on-Arrival": While cartridges are consumables, we replace any cartridge that arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken seal (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).

4. What is Not Covered?

To ensure the longevity of your BNATURA Vitapure, please note that the following voids the warranty:

  • Manual Damage: Cracks caused by over-tightening with metal wrenches or pliers (We recommend hand-tightening only).
  • Consumable Depletion: The Vitamin C cartridge is a consumable item. Its 3–4 month lifespan depends on usage and water quality and is not covered under the 12-month housing warranty.
  • Neglect: Damage caused by failing to change the cartridge, leading to extreme sediment buildup.
  • Physical Abuse: Drops, fire damage, or unauthorized modifications to the unit.Clogged filters due to extremely dirty local water (this is a maintenance issue).

Bnatura Cartridge: Quality & Performance Guarantee

The Vitamin C cartridge is the heart of your Vitapure system. Because it is a consumable item designed to deplete as it purifies your water, it carries a specialized warranty separate from the main housing unit.

1. 30-Day Manufacturing Guarantee

We guarantee that every Bnatura Vitapure cartridge is free from defects in materials and workmanship. If your cartridge exhibits a manufacturing flaw within the first 30 days of installation, we will replace it free of charge.

Covered defects include:

  • Cracked casing or structural failure upon unboxing.
  • Broken seals or leaking gel compartments.
  • Total blockage of water flow (not caused by external sediment).

2. Quality-on-Arrival (Dead on Arrival)

Since cartridges are sensitive to transit, you must inspect your cartridge immediately upon delivery. If the cartridge is found to be leaking, cracked, or defective out of the box, it must be reported to support@bnatura.com within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a free immediate replacement.

3. Lifespan & Performance

The Bnatura Vitamin C cartridge is designed to last approximately 3–4 months (or 10,000 liters) for an average family of four.

  • Note: The actual lifespan of the cartridge is not covered under the 1-year warranty, as depletion rates vary based on your local water quality, temperature, and usage frequency.
  • Sediment Clogging: If your area has extremely high sediment/mud levels, the filter may clog prematurely. This is a sign the filter is doing its job and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The cartridge warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Depletion: Naturally reaching the end of its life cycle (Vitamic C powder becoming transparent/empty).
  • External Factors: Damage caused by extreme water pressure (above 100 PSI) or boiling water (above 60°C).
  • Non-Bnatura Housing: Use of the cartridge in non-compatible, third-party filter housings.
  • Improper Storage: If the cartridge was removed and left to dry out for an extended period, causing the Vitamin C to harden.

5. How to Claim

If you experience a mechanical issue:

  1. Verify that your unit was registered within the 7-day window.
  2. Email support@bnatura.com with your registered Email/Order ID.
  3. Attach a short video (10-15 seconds) showing the issue.
  4. Our technical team will review and ship a replacement part or unit within 5–7 business days.

Why we have a 7-day Registration Rule:

We provide premium filtration. The 7-day registration ensures that your unit is installed correctly and that we have the correct batch information to support you for the full year. It also allows us to send you Cartridge Replacement Reminders so your skin and hair never have to deal with chlorine again.
