At Bnatura, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-Day Risk-Free Trial to ensure you experience the full benefits of our Vitapure technology. To maintain our hygiene standards, the following conditions apply:
- Saleable Condition: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
- The Consumption Rule: Vitamin C cartridges are consumable personal care items. Used cartridges are non-refundable unless a manufacturing fault is present. If a housing is returned, the cost of the opened cartridge will be deducted from the refund.
- Moisture Check: Returned units must be dried and free from internal moisture/water to prevent damage during transit.
Can I return it if I've used it?
No. To maintain our Gold Standard of hygiene and performance, Bnatura operates a strict policy on used consumables. Our 12-Month Warranty covers any mechanical defects, but our confidence in the Vitapure experience is so high that we know a "change of mind" is a rarity.
04. Refill Returns (Standard)
For unopened refill packs (RF1 & RF3), returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- 15-Day Window: Unopened refill cartridges can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Hygiene Policy: Refill packs must be in their original, sealed "Tamper-Evident" packaging. Due to the hygienic nature of the Vitamin C gel, opened refills cannot be returned unless defective.
05. Damage & Defects
If your product arrives damaged or leaking, please notify us at support@bnatura.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photos or videos of the package/product. We will verify the issue and ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@bnatura.com with your Order ID and "Return Request" in the subject line.
- We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address within 2–3 business days.
- Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a basic quality check, your refund will be initiated.
06. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the product reaching our warehouse.
You will be asked for your bank details or UPI ID. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
