03. The 15-Day Free Trial

Try It Risk-Free

If you are not satisfied with the Vitapure 100 Main Unit, you can return it within 15 days of delivery.

Can I return it if I've used it?

Yes. Unlike standard filters, we allow you to open, install, and use the filter for the duration of the trial. We want you to feel the difference in your hair and skin. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we will take it back.

Condition: The product must be returned with its original box and all accessories (connectors/wrenches) included.

04. Refill Returns (Standard)

For unopened refill packs (RF1 & RF3), returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • 15-Day Window: Unopened refill cartridges can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Hygiene Policy: Refill packs must be in their original, sealed "Tamper-Evident" packaging. Due to the hygienic nature of the Vitamin C gel, opened refills cannot be returned unless defective.

05. Damage & Defects

48-Hour Report Window

If your product arrives damaged or leaking, please notify us at help@bnatura.in within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos or videos of the package/product. We will verify the issue and ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@bnatura.in with your Order ID and "Return Request" in the subject line.
  2. We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address within 2–3 business days.
  3. Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a basic quality check, your refund will be initiated.

06. Refund Timeline

Prepaid Orders

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the product reaching our warehouse.

COD Orders

You will be asked for your bank details or UPI ID. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
