BNATURA products are wellness devices, NOT medical devices.
The VitaPure-100 and other products sold on this site are designed for water filtration purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- The information provided on this website is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- If you have a specific skin condition (such as severe eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis), please consult a dermatologist before using new water treatment products.
- While our products remove irritants like chlorine, individual results may vary based on your local water quality and skin type.
03. Products & Accuracy
We try our best to show accurate colors and specs, but screens may vary.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
04. Billing & Subscriptions
By subscribing to our "Refill Plan", you agree to recurring billing. You will be charged automatically at the frequency you selected (e.g., every 3 months) using the payment method on file.
- Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. However, for active subscriptions, we will notify you via email at least 30 days prior to any price adjustment.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry up to 3 times before pausing your subscription shipments.
05. Cancellation Policy
You are free to cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date via the "My Account" portal or by contacting support.
06. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall BNATURA, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service.
07. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
