Welcome to Bnatura. By visiting our site (www.bnatura.com) and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

This website is operated by BNATURA. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BNATURA. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

02. Products & Accuracy

Summary

We try our best to show accurate colors and specs, but screens may vary.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without prior authorization.

Important Notice

BNATURA products are wellness devices, NOT medical devices.

The VitaPure-100 and other products sold on this site are designed for water filtration purposes only (neutralizing chlorine and improving water quality). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • The information provided on this website is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
  • If you have a specific skin condition (such as severe eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis), please consult a dermatologist before using new water treatment products.
  • While our products remove irritants like chlorine, individual results may vary based on your local water quality and skin type.

04. Hygiene & No-Return Policy

Strict No-Return Policy

Once the factory seal is broken or product is wet, it cannot be returned.

Due to the personal nature of shower filtration and high hygiene standards, Bnatura operates a No-Return Policy once a product has been opened.

  • Our Vitamin C cartridges are consumable items. Once exposed to water, the filtration process begins, and the item cannot be restocked or resold.
  • This policy ensures that every customer receives a 100% sterile, brand-new unit.

05. Warranty

Your Vitapure unit is covered by a 12-Month Limited Mechanical Warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Coverage: Mechanical failures due to manufacturing errors.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation (such as over-tightening with metal tools or wrenches).
  • Property Damage: Bnatura shall not be liable for property damage or plumbing issues caused by incorrect installation.

06. Billing & Subscriptions

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. By subscribing to our "Refill Plan", you agree to recurring billing. You will be charged automatically at the frequency you selected using the payment method on file.

  • Price Changes: For active subscriptions, we will notify you via email at least 30 days prior to any price adjustment.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry up to 3 times before pausing your subscription shipments.

07. Cancellation Policy

No Lock-in Contracts

You are free to cancel or pause your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date via the "My Account" portal or by contacting support.

08. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall BNATURA, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service.

09. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
